To accommodate these situations while also respecting the time of our stylists, I have implemented the following policy: - **Appointments cancelled within 48 hours** of the scheduled time will incur a charge of **50%** of the booked service fee. - **Same-day cancellations** will be charged **100%** of the booked service fee. - If you are **more than 15 minutes late**, your appointment may be cancelled, and you will be charged **100%** of the booked service fee or an additional fee will be added to your total.
